GRAND PRIZE: Trip for five (5) to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa: One (1) winner will be selected to receive the Grand Prize (“Grand Prize Trip”) which consists of a five (5) day, four (4) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to four (4) guests (“individually, “Guest”) (collectively, “Group”) to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii consisting of the following elements for the Group: [a] hotel accommodations (three standard rooms/double occupancy or suite suitable for up to five, including room tax) for four (4) nights; [b] if winner’s residence is located other than on the Island of Oahu, round-trip coach air transportation on a Prize Provider -selected carrier between a Prize Provider -selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and the Honolulu International Airport, [c] $1,000 spending money for Group, [d] daily meal allowance of $150 per day per person), and [e] airport/hotel transfers. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $16,350, which will vary depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.

FIRST PRIZE: Trip for five (5) to Walt Disney World® Resort: One (1) winner will be selected to receive the First Prize (“First Prize Trip”) which consists of a four (4) day / three (3) night trip for winner and up to four (4) guests (individually, “Guest”) (collectively, “Group”) to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida (“City”) consisting of the following elements (“Trip”): [a] hotel accommodations (three standard rooms/double occupancy, including room tax) at hotel to be determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion for three (3) nights; [b] five (5) 3-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option and Water Park Fun & More Option; [c] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Prize Provider-selected carrier between a Prize Provider-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and Orlando International Airport; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from City, then round-trip ground transportation via a Prize Provider-selected method between winner’s residence and the hotel; [d] $1,000 spending money for Group; [e] daily meal allowance of $150 per day per person),and [f] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $13,925

DAILY PRIZE: $50 Disney Store Shopping Card: Two-hundred twenty five (225) winners (five (5) winners per Daily Entry Period) will be selected to receive one (1) $50 Disney Store Shopping Card (“Daily Prize”) which will be delivered via email as an electronic gift card to the email address provided at the time of Sweepstakes entry. Terms, conditions and restrictions on Disney Store Shopping Card may apply, as designated by issuer. ARV of each Daily Prize is fifty dollars ($50).

All Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes. Grand and First Prize Winners will receive an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 for the ARV of the Prize for the tax year in which Prize was awarded. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: $41,525.

GRAND & FIRST PRIZE DRAWING ENTRY LIMIT: One (1) entry per person and per email address per Daily Entry Period regardless of method of entry for a maximum of forty-five (45) Grand Prize Drawing entries and forty-five (45) First Prize Drawing entries. Bonus Entry Limit: Four (4) Grand & First Prize Drawing bonus entries per person and per email address, regardless of method of entry, for a maximum of forty-nine (49) total Grand & First Prize Drawing entries throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least eighteen (18)) as of date of entry.
