Queso Occasion Sweepstakes Prizes
Grand Prize: There will be two (2) Prizes for entrants to choose from. The potential Grand Prize winner will be awarded a trip for two (2) to one (1) of the following trip destinations based on the selection made on the entry form.
Trip to Nashville, TN for the 2013 Country Music Awards show either in late October or early November, 2013 (exact date is TBD). The Nashville Grand Prize includes:
- round-trip first class airfare for winner and guest from winner’s nearest major airport;
- round-trip airport transfers to/from the hotel;
- Four (4) night/Five (5) day hotel accommodations at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel or similar quality hotel (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only);
- two (2) tickets to the 2013 Country Music Awards show in late October or early November, 2013 (exact date is TBD) for winner and guest;
- round-trip sedan transfers to/from the 2013 Country Music Awards; and
- one (1) dinner in Nashville, TN.
ARV: $7,500.00.
Trip to Los Angeles, CA for tour of Extra Studio. The Los Angeles Grand Prize includes:
- round-trip first class airfare for winner and guest from winner’s nearest major airport;
- round-trip airport transfers to/from the hotel;
- four (4) night/five (5) day hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only);
- a tour of Extra Studio for winner and guest;
- round-trip sedan transfers to/from Extra studio; and
- one (1) dinner in Los Angeles, CA.
ARV: $7,500.00.
Total ARV of Grand Prize: $7,500.00.
Entry Details
Limit one (1) online entry per person or e-mail address per day regardless if entrant has more than one (1) email address. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty United States, including the District of Columbia, age twenty-one (21) or older at the time of entry. Void outside the U.S., in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of TI Media Solutions, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Kraft Foods, Inc. (“Velveeta”), ConAgra Foods, Inc. (“RO*TEL”) and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.
There are three (3) ways to enter:
Online Method #1: Entrants must visit webstite and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit an online entry form. Online entries must be received between Monday, October 22, 2012 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 11:59 PM ET, (during the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Upon registering, entrants will have the opportunity to share/or refer the Sweepstakes with others by sending an email or by publishing a post to their own Facebook wall or Tweeting to enter the Sweepstakes. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) online entry per person or e-mail address per day regardless if entrant has more than one (1) email address.
Mobile Method #2. To enter via smartphone (“wireless phone”), visit website and complete the entry form in its entirety (“mobile entry”).Message and data rates may apply. Mobile entries must be received between 12:01 AM ET Monday, October 22, 2012 and 11:59 PM ETThursday, February 28, 2012. Upon registering, entrants will have the opportunity to share/or refer the Sweepstakes with others by sending an email or by publishing a post to their own Facebook wall or Tweeting to enter the Sweepstakes. Mobile entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Limit: One (1) mobile entry per person per day regardless of whether entrant has more than one wireless mobile telephone number. All mobile entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 PM ET, Thursday, February 28. 2012. Entrant’s wireless service provider may charge Entrant for data usage, and Entrant shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with this form of entry. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding their pricing plans.
Mail-In Method #3: Mail a postcard, including your full name, phone number, email address and complete mailing address to: RO*TEL and Velveeta “Queso Occasion” Sweepstakes, c/o The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co, see Official Rules for full addresss. Each postcard must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between Monday, October 22, 2012 and Thursday, February 28, 2013 and received by Thursday, March 7, 2013.
