ONLINE INSTANT WIN: Three hundred (300) prizes in the form of a $25 Target GiftCard® will be awarded per month to the first entry completed on or immediately after a randomly-selected time during  the Promotion Period, with six (6) Online Instant Win prizes per month awarded for each U.S. state (and District of Columbia) in which entrants receive their Codes from participating Target stores. Writein entries will be randomly allocated to a state’s prize pool. The prize will be issued by mail in the form of a Target GiftCard.

SWEEPSTAKES: One (1) prize in the form of a $1,500 Target GiftCard® will be awarded per month
to the first entry selected in a random draw from among all eligible entries, regardless of the
participating Target store or U.S. state from which the Code was received. The prize will be issued by
mail in the form of a Target GiftCard.

No purchase entrants may enter the Promotion as often as they wish; however, each no purchase entry request
must be mailed in a separate, first-class stamped envelope.

WHO CAN ENTER: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.
Employees, officers and directors of Target Corporation and Ipsos Loyalty Inc., their respective parent,
subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, web
masters/suppliers, and any other coordinating agencies involved in the development, implementation,
and distribution of the Promotion (the “Promotion Entities”) (and their IRS dependents, immediate family
members [spouse, parents, children, siblings] and individuals residing in the same household of each,
whether or not related), are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants (and entrant’s
parent/legal guardian if entrant is less than the age of majority in his/her state of primary residence)
agree to these Official Rules. Void where prohibited.

Each Code may only be entered one (1) time during the Promotional Period and
cannot be re-used. KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL CASH REGISTER RECEIPT WITH USER ID AND
PASSWORD FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, some cash register receipts at participating Target
stores will direct you to visit www.informtarget.com (the “Website”) and follow the online instructions
to enter the User ID and Password (the “Code”) on the Website within seventy-two (72) hours of
receiving the Code. The Code must be entered exactly as it appears on the cash register receipt.

When the Code is entered correctly and accepted, entrant will be required to verify he or she is 18
years of age or older before being allowed to complete the online survey. Answers to the survey will not
affect entrant’s ability to participate or chances to win either the Online Instant Win or the Sweepstakes.
On completion of the survey, entrant must complete the Online Registration Form in its entirety,
including his/her full name, complete physical address, and daytime phone number and/or email
address to receive any prize in either the Online Instant Win or the Sweepstakes.
Online Instant Win: Random, computer-generated winning times, one for each prize listed below, will be
generated during each calendar month of the Promotion Period, with eligible entries being received
within seventy-two (72) hours of the end of the Promotion Period being included in the Online Instant
Win pool for the last month of the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to complete the survey
(whose survey is properly received and recorded by Sponsor’s computer) at or after one of the
randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated (subject to
verification).
Sweepstakes: All entrants who submit a valid Code and complete the survey and Online Registration
Form will automatically receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.

To enter without making a purchase or completing a survey: You will be emailed a link to enter the
Online Instant Win and Sweepstakes within five (5) business days of receiving your information as
follows: hand print your primary e-mail address, your full name, mailing address, date of birth and
daytime phone number on a 3×5 card and mail it in a first-class stamped envelope to: Target Guest
Survey Online Instant Win and Sweepstakes, Ipsos Loyalty: Morris Corporate Center 2, One Upper
Pond Rd, Building D, Parsippany, NJ 07054 to be received at least five (5) business days before the
relevant Monthly Deadline. All mailed entries must have a valid email and return address. No purchase
entrants may enter the Promotion as often as they wish; however, each no purchase entry request
must be mailed in a separate, first-class stamped envelope.

    My last shopping experience was very good. I found everything I was looking for. Target has a wide variety of products to choose from and is a store that I frequently shop at.

    I was very satisfied with the service I recived on every trip I make at Target.I use the Red card on every trip to save on every trip.

  3. I am very happy with the local Target store. I do use my red card most every time I shop Target. The last visit to Target I had to use am electric cart. I was also very happy to see three carts. This time the cart I had expired in the back of the store. A clerk helped me with the cart and had to go up front to get my husband an another cart. All of the carts were dead. The manager came back to get me and walk me back to my husband. Thank you for the extra help.

    I called the pharmacy about a prescription. Kelly was so very helpful, Because of insurance I have been using Optum Rx for medications.I have been having trouble with them for several weeks.I tried to order 2 preciption on Feb. 5th, they did not have that medication in stock, told me to order from old pharmacy. They transfered the prescriptions to target which I got them filled with NO PROBLEMS. Had to have the prescriptions renewed and Optum said they transfered the prescriptions to Target and would like the pharmacist to call them about transfering the prescriptions back to optum. I called Target pharmacy and got to talk to Kelly, told her my problems and that it was so frustrating. Kelly told me to give her the number of Optums pharmacy and she would call and get things straighted out. She was so understanding and very helpful. If i keep having trouble with Optum RX I will be coming back to target there I get wonderful service.Yhank You Kelly

    I would loke to tell you about Gina. She has been with target pharmacy in Milford,Ma One of the best. Give her a award for doing wonderful things. Also Dina, Jennifer and Donna are just great.     For me I real enpressed to be greeted with a nice smile , and nice manners . I don’t have too use the pharmacy very often , but when I have to I like being treated with carrying and kindness. I rember when I was young asking what are allegeries. Now I know , and its not good,But ant no drugeeeee.THANK’S -Lyn Bell

    I saw a big rack of men’s trousers with a big sale sign “$15″ but when I took them to the cashier she said, “Oh there’s a mix up. There are trousers on that “$15″ rack that are $27. The night crew must have mixed them up.” Poor management.
