ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner can pick one (1) of the following two (2) trips:
a) A trip for two (2) to Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near
winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Liberia, Costa Rica; four (4) nights’ accommodations at the Costa Rica Riu Hotel (or a
comparable hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel;
three (3) meals daily; daytime and evening entertainment (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); $100 spending money. ARV: $5,585.
b) A trip for two (2) to Aspen, Colorado. Trip package includes round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home

by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (standard one bedroom condo, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; $300

Entry Details
Each entrant may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per day and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia), except New Hampshire, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, ePrize, LLC, State Farm independent contractor insurance and financial services agents, and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
Submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game
page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game.
