There is no limit to how many times a user can leave a comment each day. Comments must be unique and legitimate, excluding curse words, one-word responses, or anything else determined by EQAL to be illegitimate. This giveaway is open to all members 18 years of age and older, and is open to residents of the U.S. and D.C.
