Popeyes Flavor Your Mood Sweepstakes Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize Winner : A concert ticket package for winner and 10 guests consisting of a round trip limousine ride from winner’s home to a concert venue near his or her home (up to a $950 value); 11 reserved tickets to a select 2013 Live Nation produced and promoted concert at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venue in the United States; and a $1,000 VISA® gift card, terms and conditions apply. Winner must select concert (pending availability) from a list of possible concerts/dates determined by Sponsor. Winner must select concert within 30 days after prize acceptance or prize will be forfeited. Seat locations determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Concert ticket package must be redeemed by October 30, 2013. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,850
1,000 First Prize Winners: A $20 Live Nation® Concert Cash Code (“Code”). The Code is a one-time use only voucher code good toward

Daily Entry, instant win game, Flavor Your Mood (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, you may enter by receiving a code at Popeye’s after a participating purchase and enter your code online or via text message (see official rules on their site for details), you may also enter with no purchase by requesting a code on their online entry page, the sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) September 24, 2012.
