Limit one entry per visit. Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older. Sweepstakes ends 11/15/2012 and all entries must be received at “Let’s Go to Hawaii” Sweepstakes Headquarters no later than 12/1/2012.

Participants may enter the “Let’s Go to Hawaii” Sweepstakes using either one of the three methods as follows:
1) Obtain a sweepstakes entry form from a participating Parts Plus location. Complete the official entry form and deliver it to the participating Parts Plus location or mail it to “Let’s Go to Hawaii” Sweepstakes, c/o ADN, 3085 Fountainside Drive, Suite 210 Germantown, TN 38138. Entries must contain the participants full name, address, and phone number, in addition to the Parts Plus location name, to qualify (incomplete entries will not be eligible for the national sweepstakes). Limit one store visit per day. When mailed, multiple official entries may be combined within an envelope.
2) You may also enter online by visiting http://www.partsplus.com or Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/PartsPlusHQ and follow the instructions to complete the entry process with the information requested on the online form.
3) Hand-print your name, address and phone number plus the words “Let’s Go to Hawaii” Sweepstakes on a plain 3”x5” card and mail it to “Let’s Go to Hawaii” Sweepstakes, c/o ADN, 3085 Fountainside Drive, Suite 210 Germantown, TN 38138. Enter as often as you wish, but each hand-written entry must be sent separately via First-Class Mail. Mechanically reproduced Sweepstakes entries are not acceptable.
