Daily Entry. Limit: Each person may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Kmart WWE Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sears Holdings Management Corporation, TPN, Inc., World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE”), ePrize, Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Bonus Entries: During the Promotion Period, there are five (5) ways to earn bonus entries:
a. Shop Your Way Rewards Members: All SYWR members who have an email address associated with their account will receive an additional three (3) bonus entries.
b. Tell A Friend Program: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be invited to share the Promotion with your friends on Facebook, or submit the names, and email addresses of up to three (3) friends who must be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive a either a message by email, or a notification through Facebook alerting him or her to the Sweepstakes. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For each email referral of a friend, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes up to a total of three (3) additional entries per day during the Promotion Period. If your friends come back and register for the Promotion after receiving either an email invitation or being invited through Facebook, you will receive two (2) additional Sweepstakes per friend, up to a maximum of ten (10) bonus entries for your friends who register during the Promotion Period.
c. Purchase $30 or more in WWE Licensed Merchandise: During the Promotion Period, if you purchase $30 or more in WWE licensed merchandise in store, a code will be printed on your receipt. If you purchase $30 or more in WWE licesnsed merchandise online, the link to print the code will be sent to you within your order confirmation email. Once you locate the code, visit www.kmart.com/wwe and follow the links and instructions to enter the code and you will automatically receive ten (10) bonus entries. Limit: Entrant can enter up to five (5) codes and earn an additional fifty (50) bonus entries during the Promotion Period through purchasing WWE Licensed items.
d. Code Words: During registration, you can opt-in to receive email reminders about this Promotion. Each email reminder will include a code word. If you are a kmart SYWR VIP member, you will receive six (6) emails with a code word; if you are not a kmart SYWR VIP member, you will only receive five (5) emails with a code word. When you receive an email with a code word, visit www.kmart.com/wwe and follow the links and instructions to enter the code word. You will earn five (5) bonus entries per code word. Limit: Up to thirty (30) bonus entries from code words during the Promotion Period.
e. Upload A Video or A Photograph: During the Promotion Period, go to www.kmart.com/wwe on your computer and follow the directions to upload one (1) photo or video that shows you wearing WWE material, referred to as your submission (“Submission”). By uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Photo Guidelines, Video Guidelines, and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. You will earn three (3) bonus entries per photo and five (5) bonus entries per video. Limit: You can only upload one (1) photo and (1) video during the Promotion Period.
Photo Guidelines:
 The Submission must be in .jpg format;
 The Submission must not exceed 5 MB in size;
 The Submission must contain a title and description;
 The Submission’s title and description must be in English; and
 The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.
Video Guidelines:
 The Submission must be in avi, dv, mov, qt, mpg, mpg2, mpg4, 3gp, 3g2, asf, or wmv format;
 The Submission must not exceed two (2) minutes in length;
 The Submission must not exceed thirty (30) MB in size; and
 The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.
Content Restrictions:
 The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
 The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator, WWE or any other person or party affiliated with the Contest;
 The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate in his/her Submission in this Contest;
 The Submission must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;
 The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
 The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
 The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Submission is created;
 Images/video cannot contain the old WWF logos (either or , the words “WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION” or the letters “WWF”); and
 Images/ video cannot contain anything including the UFC logo, context or images.
By uploading any Submission, whether solicited by us or not, you are automatically granting Kmart and WWE an ownership right and a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide and irrevocable right and license to sell, rent, transfer, sub-license, use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, perform, display or otherwise utilize such Submissions, in whole or in part, in any form, media or technology known or hereafter developed for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotional purposes (collectively, “Rights”).
This grant of Rights means that all Submissions will be owned by Kmart and WWE and may be used by Kmart and WWE for any purpose, now or in the future, without any payment to, or further authorization by, you. All Submissions, whether solicited or unsolicited, shall become and remain the property of Kmart and WWE. Kmart and WWE also have the right, but not the obligation, to use your name or the name of any entity owned or controlled by you in connection with the broadcast, print, online or other use or publication of your Submission. We assume no responsibility for reviewing such Submissions and we will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities between your Submissions and future Kmart and WWE products or
programs. In submitting a Submission to us, you represent that you have no reasonable basis to believe that the use of any such Submission by us would infringe upon the rights of any third-party.
f. Alternate Mail-in Entry Without Purchase, Uploading a Video or Being a SYWR VIP Member: To enter without making a purchase, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Kmart WWE Sweepstakes,” c/o ePrize, LLC, “Kmart WWE Sweepstakes,” c/o ePrize, LLC, Department: 588699, PO Box: 5046, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046, U.S.A. By submitting one mailed entry, you will receive fifty (50) entries into the Sweepstakes. If you wish to request the additional entries for uploading a video, please include “Video” on your envelope and you will receive five (5) additional entries. If you are a Regular Member and you wish to request additional entries because you are not a VIP SYWR member, please include “VIP” on your envelope, and you will receive seven (7) additional entries if you are a Regular Member.

Limit: One (1) envelope per person which counts for five (5), seven (7), or fifty (50) entries, as explained above.
