Sweepstakes: One (1) Grand Prize: A four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) to New York City for a chance to meet Prince Royce on December 29, 2012 through January 1, 2013. Prize consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to New York, NY; four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel; opportunity to meet Prince Royce while on the trip (subject to availability); and a $500 Visa gift card. ARV: $8,600.
Instant Win Game: Ten thousand (10,000) First Prizes: each winner will receive a prize code that may be redeemed online for three (3) free song downloads from Atlantic Records from Sponsor designated list of songs. Prize codes must be used by February 28, 2013. ARV: $1.80.
Odds of winning an Instant Win prize depend upon the actual number of eligible game plays received and the timing of the game plays. Total value of all prizes is $26,600. Code Required. One (1) game play per unique code and one (1) game play per email address/person per day You will be required to enter a unique code found inside specially-marked packages of Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted and Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds cereals. There will be a total of 10,000 winning moments at randomly selected moments throughout the Game Period. If you are 1) the first to play at a randomly selected winning moment, as determined and verified by Judges, or 2) if no one plays at the winning moment and you are the next to play immediately after the winning moment, as determined and verified by Judges, you will receive an instant win message stating the prize potentially won and instructions on how to redeem the prize (including prize claim deadline), subject to verification of eligibility, game play and compliance with these Official Rules. If you receive a winning message, follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize by the deadline indicated.

To request a free game code without purchase, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope #10 envelope to: HBO Positive Mix Giveaway, P.O. Box 330, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Mail-in requests must be received by November 20, 2012 to be eligible. Residents of VT only may omit return postage.
One (1) free game code will be fulfilled for each eligible request that is received by the deadline. Participants must play online using the free game code provided. Limit one (1) request per stamped outer envelope, and limit one (1) request per person per day. Game plays/requests received from any email address or person in excess of the stated daily limitation will be void.
