Giveaways are open only to USA residents at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise stated. Giveaways are void where prohibited by law. Winner’s are responsible for all taxes on prizes won.

Please allow at least 8 weeks to receive a prize you win on Sweepstakes Mama. We often do not supply or ship the item, and we serve only as “hosts” of the giveaway. If you still have not received your prize in eight weeks, please contact us at info@SweepstakesMama.com. I will then proceed to contact the sponsor. We can not be held accountable for sponsored giveaways and we will not be held responsible for replacing unfulfilled prizes from sponsored giveaways. Nor will we replace them if they are lost in the mail. Questions about prizes with a limited warranty should be directed to the brand or manufacturer directly.
