Coke Zero NCAA Bracket Challenge Sweepstakes Prizes

GRAND PRIZE: A General Motors vehicle. Sponsor will determine all features of vehicle including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at both the time of confirmation and the time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $30,000

Every person who has a Game Piece for a team that wins in the second round will win a Second Round Prize. Every person who has a Game Piece for a team that wins in the third round will win Third Round Prize and a Second Round Prize, and so on. If you have a Game Piece for a team that wins in all the rounds, you will win 5 prizes for that team and be entered into a random drawing for the Championship Game prizes, unless that Game Piece is for a #1 Seed, in which case you will be eligible to win the Championship Game Grand Prize in lieu of being entered into a drawing for the Championship Game prizes. A person who holds a Game Piece will receive a prize for every round (except the first round) that the applicable team wins in the Tournament, with the exception of the Championship Game prize(s), see details in Section 8, above. Winners of Game Piece Prizes will have 30 days to redeem their prizes or forfeit them.

Second Round Prizes: A coupon good for a 20 ounce Coke Zero™. ARV: $1.59.

Third Round Prizes: Universal Music 5-Pack of Downloads, awarded as a digital code. ARV: $5.

NCAA® Sweet 16® Prizes: $20 Live Nation® Concert Cash®, subject to full Code Terms of Use. ARV: $20.

NCAA® Elite Eight® Prizes: A $100 Best Buy gift card. ARV: $100.

NCAA® Final Four Prizes: An airline or hotel partner voucher. ARV: $400.

Championship Game Grand (one prize only): A check for $100,000. ARV: $100,000.

Championship Game First Prizes (up to 9, depending which team wins the Championship Game of the Tournament, see details in Section 8, above): A trip for 2 to Dallas, TX for the 2014 NCAA® Final Four®. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for 2 from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 4 nights’ accommodations at Sponsor’s choice of hotel (single room, double occupancy); and 2 tickets to the 2014 NCAA® Final Four® Semi-Final & Final Games (seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Winner must travel on the dates specified by the Sponsor, surrounding the 2014 NCAA® Final Four® game, or prize will be forfeited. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. If trip destination is less than 250 miles from the winner’s residence, winner will be provided $200 in spending money for driving expenses in lieu of air transportation. Sponsor is not responsible if any scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Tickets may be subject to issuer’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. If winner is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner’s guest must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. If winner’s guest is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner must be minor’s parent/legal guardian and must complete required paperwork on behalf of minor, as applicable. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of prize documents. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event. ARV: $7,500. The ARV of travel may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.

The odds of winning a Game Piece prize will depend on both the odds of receiving a particular Game Piece as explained in Section 8, above, and whether a particular team wins in the applicable round of the Tournament. If a team that is lower than a #1 Seed wins the Tournament, the odds of winning a Championship Game Grand or First Prize will depend on how many Game Pieces for that Region and Seed exist and were distributed.

For All Prizes: Terms and conditions of coupons, gift cards, digital codes, and vouchers apply. Prizes awarded as digital codes will expire 30 days after promotion conclusion. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for complaints or issues regarding codes (claims that code is invalid, insufficient, etc.) and winner should address any such issues with the issuer of the code. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by any winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Limit: one Championship Game Prize per person. MAXIMUM TOTAL ARV OF ALL POSSIBLE PRIZES: $1,349,508.

The Promotion consists of a Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and a Game Piece Tournament (the “Game Piece Tournament”). The outcomes of the basketball games in the 2013 NCAA® Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament (the “Tournament”) will determine which holders of which game pieces will be eligible to receive prizes.

How to Enter: A maximum of 1.25 million Game Pieces will be distributed throughout the Promotion Period. Purchase Coke Zero™ Products to Obtain Codes: Each Coca-Cola Zero™ product that you purchase will contain a unique code under the cap or inside the packaging (“Product Code”). During the Promotion Period, visit www.enjoymoremadness.com and log in to your My Coke Rewards (“MCR”) Account (“Account”) if you have one.

If you’d prefer to enter via text messaging, first obtain a Product Code. During the Promotion Period, using a two-way text-messaging capable device (each a “Device”), text your Product Code to the short code 2653. If you are eligible and your Product Code is valid, you will automatically receive 1 Sweepstakes entry and 1 randomly-selected virtual Game Piece based on the odds stated below, while supplies last. Be sure to link the phone number of the Device you used to enter to your valid MCR account for prize fulfillment purposes.
