Daily entry. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of eBay, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Panomark Inc., Picketfence Inc., d/b/a Sandbox Studio (“Sandbox”) , DBA Auction Cause, Auction Cause Corporation, Gazin Auctions, INC, and Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
